If you are not satisfied with the quality of your www.polyoutlet.com purchase, you can return it verification of defects for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned “UNUSED” within 30 days of purchase.

www.polyoutlet.com’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Terms And Conditions

  1. Cancelled printed orders before production there will be a 10% cancellation fee and full payment all prep charges and plate costs whether quoted or not.
  2. illinois customer will require a crt-61 cetifcate of resale on file
  3. shipping and handling fee are not refundable
  4. production yields can be + or – 10%
  5. polymer printing plate becomes the property of polyoutlet.com. requests for polymer plates will be handled on an individual basis.
  6. no returns are allowed without written authorization of polyoutlet company inc.
  7. all artwork approvals are final.
  8. customer is reponseable for maintaining final artwork files on their own devise.

  11. unpritned product authorized returns will have 15% restock charge, no refund on freight and handling, customer is responsible for return freight cost.

  13. Stated delivery time will change. Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s may add on another week onto the delivery time. One-day holidays will add another estimated half week to delivery time.

Returning or Exchanging Items

Returns are permitted only for defective items. Exchanges are only permitted for defective items. Issues with sizing does not fall under our return or exchange policy, as the size of garment roll was confirmed at the point of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

You must have a proof of purchase (purchase order, invoice, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns. Returning a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. www.polyoutlet.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

If the product is verified to be defective, then the shipping costs which are incurred by the customer will be refunded (upon customer providing documentation for such costs). Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase for www.polyoutlet.com items. If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Approved returns will receive authorization number and return instrucitons.
